Whenever you have a listing, visit this page to submit a proposal request. Your dedicated and local Curbio project manager will contact you within 24 business hours to schedule a walkthrough of the property.
##### Approve Proposal
You'll receive a fixed-price proposal to review with your client within 48 hours of the walkthrough. When your client approves the proposal, they’ll receive a simple home improvement contract that includes all services, materials, design assistance, and full-service project management.
##### List and Sell Confidently
