Move More Real Estate Program 

With our 'Move More Real Estate' program, you can score additional cash and increase your earning potential when you complete two or more Curbio pre-sale projects within one year!

Program Terms & Conditions: 

-  The 'Move More Real Estate' program rewards agents for completing 2+ projects within one year.

- Following your one year anniversary date, you must complete an additional 2+ projects to unlock the program for every subsequent year. 

- Your anniversary date is the day the contract is signed on your first Curbio project within a single time period. Your access to the program is unlocked for (1) rolling year from your anniversary date. (Example: If the contract is signed on your first Curbio project on 11/01/2023, you have access to the program until 11/01/2024.)

- Your program activation date is the day the contract is signed on your first Curbio project and does not restart when you begin additional projects. Once you've unlocked access to the program, you have the opportunity to get additional rewards when you complete multiple projects within 1 year of your activation date.

- You must complete at least two projects within (1) year to qualify. (Example: If you start your first Curbio project on 07/01/2023 and your second Curbio project on 08/01/2023, you'll qualify for the $2,000 after your second Curbio project starts.)

- Once you've completed two projects within (1) year, you qualify for an additional $1,000 for every Curbio project you complete within the 1 year rolling time period of starting your first Curbio project. (Example: If you start your first Curbio project on 07/01/2023 and complete 3 projects between 07/01/2023-07/02/2024, you'll receive $2,000 for your first two Curbio projects and an additional $1,000 for you every subsequent project between 07/01/2023-07/01/2024). 

- The one-year rolling time period countdown begins when you begin your first Curbio project after 05/22/2023. When the rolling time period is over, you must complete two additional Curbio projects to re-qualify for the program. (Example: If you begin a Curbio project on 07/01/2023, you have until 07/01/2024 to complete 2+ Curbio projects to qualify for the program. If you begin a Curbio project on 07/02/2024, you must complete two projects before 07/02/2025 to re-qualify)

- Only Curbio projects of at least $10,000 qualify for the program. 

- The program is not valid with any other additional Curbio promotions. 

- The program rewards are issued digitally via email to the agent representing the listing. 

- All program rewards are issued at settlement date, when Curbio is paid back for the work. 

- No promo code needed. We'll automatically track your Curbio projects and let you know once you've qualified for the program!
